19 Sep 2017 Inflicts [min mana burn] – [max mana burn] damage over time on Stunned targets. Overwhelm Shadowsmite. Stunned targets are Tripped. Overwhelm Shadowsmite. Inflicts additional +33% damage on Stunned targets. Additional damage does not increase Bloodthirst. Stalker's Mark Overwhelm.
Remember though, this is a melee build, so any magical attacks that do not CC/stun, hinders your dps. Shadow-stepping into aoe fear is very good pvp. As for gear, its more personal taste, I want plate because of soo many rangers, and I'm thinking about going dual wield but i have to get the gear for it.
